Charlotte Brédon

Attorney-at-Law

Charlotte Brédon holds a DESS post-graduate degree in Labor Relations Law and Practices from the Paris II Panthéon-Assas University and is licensed to practice law in France. Ms. Brédon's first position was at a London firm of solicitors for six months. She then joined the law offices of Archibald Andersen where, for two years, she mainly advised on international mergers and acquisitions.

In 2000 Ms. Brédon joined the Pensions and Investments department at Mercer Human Resource Consulting, where she specialized in the implementation, amendment and phasing out of complementary pension schemes, benefit and healthcare systems and employee savings schemes (statutory, optional and company-sponsored savings schemes and pension savings schemes). Over six years, she acquired significant expertise in this field, from both a technical standpoint and through working with all the stakeholders in this sector (actuaries, insurers, brokers, attorneys and bankers).

Since April 2005, Ms. Brédon has practiced at BRL, where she focuses on business development in the field of employee savings and pensions, in particular.
