Jean d'Aleman graduated from Toulouse University at the top of his class (DESS post-graduate degree in Labor Law). He started his career at the Human Resources Division of the PSA Peugeot-Citroën Group, where he was particularly responsible for labor-management relations in the sales department. Upon obtaining his license to practice law in France, Mr. d'Aleman joined Barthélémy & Associés in 2001.

In 2005 Mr. d'Aleman chose to join BRL as a partner. At BRL he adopts a pragmatic approach to the profession of labor law counsel.

Mr. d'Aleman's knowledge of the corporate world and his experience of the court system allow him to offer clients the benefit of extensive experience in the field of labor-management relations, union negotiations and all forms of labor law litigation.
