Thomas Humbert
Attorney-at-Law
Thomas Humbert graduated from Aix-Marseille III University in 2000 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Law, a DESS post-graduate degree and a DJCE corporate counsel's diploma. Mr. Humbert obtained his license to practice law in 2001. He was then admitted to the Hauts-de-Seine Bar and started his career in the litigation department at CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre.
At the end of 2005, Thomas Humbert progressively changed his focus to social security law while working at a business law firm (in particular by handling cases involving occupational health, safety and security, inexcusable employer negligence and psychosocial risks), before joining Michel Ledoux & Partners in order to specialize in this area of law.
Over a five-year period, Mr. Humbert acquired cutting-edge experience in social security law, from both a technical and practical standpoint.
Thomas Humbert joined BRL in May 2011 in order to contribute to the firm's growing expertise in the fields of risk optimization (occupational accidents and occupational illnesses) and inexcusable employer negligence.
